For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was clean, well-furnished, and had a lovely view of the lake and city. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and they even organized an airport transfer for us without any hassle.
The breakfast could use some improvement, maybe by offering a wider selection of food.

Clean and comfortable room, well-equipped bathroom. Good location for exploring the city, 1 minute walk to the lake. Helpful staff, strong wifi. Enjoyed the buffet at Buon Dua Le cafe, with friendly and helpful staff members. Lovely environment nearby, just steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake.

I had an amazing stay at Madam Moon Guesthouse 2. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the lake. They even arranged a taxi for me and kept my luggage while I went on a cruise. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the old quarter!
